SANDRA REYNOLDS
Sandra is proud to call Dominion Valley home. Working as a sales manager on-site at Regency at Dominion Valley, she helped many original home owners build from 2004-2009. It was after becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2009 that Sandra left her position with Toll Brothers and began her career as a REALTOR. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Master’s Degree in Community Planning, the real estate industry is a natural fit.
Outside of her unparalleled knowledge of Dominion Valley as an original home owner herself, and former on-site Sale Manager in Regency with Toll Brothers, areas of expertise that Sandra brings to the table include being Relocation Certified and a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource. Sandra is also fluent in Spanish.
Serving her chosen community of Dominion Valley is an honor for Sandra. As a member of the Facilities Maintenance Committee (FMC) of the Dominion Valley Home Owner’s Association, she helps to ensure that the very amenities that attracted her and her fellow Dominion Valley home owners are in prime condition.
On a personal note, Sandra is wife and mother of three adult children. She enjoys interior decorating, tennis, pickle ball, dancing, traveling and exploring the countryside with her husband.
